Anhui Gangli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. traces its origins to the Huainan Gangli Cold Rolling Equipment Factory. In 2012, the company invested 150 million RMB to establish a steel machinery manufacturing equipment production base in the Lu'an Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The company is situated on Shouchun East Road within the development zone. Lu'an City is located at the junction of Anhui, Henan, and Hubei provinces, serving as a land transportation hub. It successfully developed a high-speed, high-elongation cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production line that thoroughly solves the long-standing problem of substandard elongation in cold-rolled ribbed steel bars. The entire process—from pay-off, steel bar rolling, and strength control to elongation regulation, fixed-length cutting, automatic flattening, double-sided blanking, and coil collection—is fully automated. The products are tempered, and all technical indicators fully comply with the GB/T 13788-2017 national standard. The steel bars exhibit no spring-back, and their elongation does not decrease, making them an ideal construction steel. This contributes to saving precious metals like Vanadium (V), Niobium (Nb), and Titanium (Ti) in high-strength steel, thus preserving rare metal resources.
